Review content:
My wife Linda and I own and operate Old Town Propane Co. in Colorado Springs, Colorado. It has recently come to our attention that two people that we have had contact with have chosen the power of the Internet to complain about us and we would like to answer their complaints. We offer, between us, forty-seven years of experience in filling propane cylinders, and repairing LP gas systems. Frequently, people come in looking to repair systems they don?t fully understand and seek parts that could be used to make their systems dangerous. Since we do not wish any of our customers to be injured, we often quiz them to find out how the product is to be used and whether or not it is appropriate for their system. I have been quoted as saying ?Shut the f--- up.? The rest of the sentence was, ?...and listen!? The incident was a last ditch effort to get the mans attention and explain that he was walking down a potentially dangerous road. My efforts were apparently not understood or appreciated. I stand by my actions. As for the man that was not allowed to leave his broken, junk car on our property, get over it dude, the world does not belong to you and you never were a customer of ours to begin with.
