I am a wife and mother of 3. I have had a family membership for over a year. My friends have been slowly cancelling their membership to go to another gym around the corner. Planet Fitness treats their members like children. Lifters can not drop weights or grunt without a siren alarm ringing through the gym. The staff/manager at the K-ville location is young and unprofessional. My membership was taken without notice after I skipped 1 number sequence on the circuit trainer. The manager said that I did not follow the rules even though the machine was not being used. I was shocked that their was no further explanation. I also noticed a confrontation between members with yelling and name calling but management did not address them.. Stay away from this gym they are quick to take your membership without regard for their member. . Not Worth the $ you think you save!!!!!!!
