I'm not sure what's up with those other reviews, but my husband and I love this neighborhood! I held out on writing a review until we'd been here long enough for me to really get a feel for it. We've been here for three months now, and so far so good. I have never seen any animals wondering about aimlessly, and that is saying a lot because we have two small children that I am constantly outside with. This is a neighborhood full of families though. If you don't want to have to deal with kids playing in the street then you probably shouldn't live here. There are kiddos every where. The only complaint I have is that the streets are a bit narrow, and all of the houses have small driveways, so there are cars parked all along the street most of the time. Other than that, for the most part people keep their yards looking nice...all the neighbors I've met are friendly.
