Ok, this is my first so please forgive any mistakes I make. In my experiance as a avid out-dinner, I have found that the food at Union Cafe is past par, so to speak. To most people when they hear the prices for some of the food, they tend to not like the idea, after seeing the amount of food they get they change their minds. My girlfriend ordered a pasta, after the dinner, she had enough for her and her mother to eat for lunch the next day. I personaly enjoy the steaks at this reasturant. My favorite would be the 8 oz. tenderloin this wonderful dish comes served with a mushroom-Bourbon sauce, that is to die for. This sauce is in one word, amazing. It has a begining sweet tase followed by a delightful mouth watering flavor. In my opinion, Chief, pardon i do not remember hes name, I call him simply chief. He is a artist of his trade. When it comes to cooking ability, he is truly a expert at hes role. i would recommened his cooking to anyone.
