My child likes it there. They have a low turnover rate of employees so we consistently see familiar faces. The place is cleaner than the other places I looked into and the people just seem brighter and more awake than the other day care centers I looked into. The play ground equipment is all in working order. Sometimes some of the indoor toys are missing pieces but they appear to still be safe. People entering the infant rooms are asked to remove their shoes to help keep the floor clean. Occasionally a parent might ignore the request, but for the most part parents comply. All the employees comply. All the classrooms I've seen have sealed floors with play mats. This helps them keep the place clean. The thing that originally attracted me to the place was the webcams. I can log in to check on my child. Of course the changing station area is not viewable and some cribs aren't either. I've discovered that a child's crib can be moved to a location in camera view if requested. The 1 year old rooms go outside to play more often and the facility also has a 'gym' which is a large padded room for children to run around in. The playground and gym are not accessible through the webcams. Still, the webcam feature this daycare offers is a plus. They only offer webcam service for children 3 and under. They do NOT provide meals. This is not a problem for me because I prefer to provide food for my child. To get beyond the reception area, you need to either be let in by someone or you enter a door code and provide a thumbprint scan. They are a little more expensive for the average in the valley but in line with the price of other daycare centers in that part of Gilbert. Pros: low turnover rate, webcams, clean
