Businiess name:  Pho An Restaurant

Review content:
I LOVE Pho Beef Noodle soup and am very picky about its authenticity. I'd been going here for years, ever since they first opened. It was my first experience with Pho soup. Not until I moved far away from this restaurant and tried Pho at other ""CitySearch - Best Of"" restaurants did I truly grow an appreciation for Pho An. After trying many ""CitySearch Best Of"" restaurants in my area and tasting soup that tasted like ordinary grocery store broth, I made my own Pho Broth from scratch (via an old school, very involved, Vietnamese Recipe)and realized that Pho An makes their broth from scratch which is why it's SOOO good!! The fried eggrolls are kind of fishy and the service is subpar, but everything else is GREAT!!! Worth a try if you love authentic Pho and are in the Humble area or Champions area. Wish they'd open up a location inside the loop ;)
