Review content:
I ordered flowers for my husband's birthday and he said they were half dead. When we called the owner was not available to talk to us and employee was very rude saying, ""we are Snelgrove, we don't sell half-dead"". They refused to return the money or send a replacement. A few months later I was going through my credit card transactions and found that they had charged my credit card seven more times in the same amount. When I called they told me that their credit department was unavailable but when I went in, they just had a credit card machine, no department. Sounded odd so I called the credit card company and they made me aware that this business is being investigated for credit card fraud. So I provided my information and am awaiting a full refund of all eight transactions. Bad business practices, especially since it's illegal.
