Well, first of all, I hated going to the dentist, which is what got me into this mess in the first place. Dr. Joel was recommended to me by a friend so I took a chance. He's got a great sense of humor and is real attentive... set me at ease right away. The office is really modern, they have tv's at the foot of each chair with internet too, coffee and tea in the waiting area (but I never had to wait that long). The staff was really friendly and outgoing too. They're always laughing or cracking jokes. They seem to get along real well. Nice family atmosphere, no pretense. This really helped my fear of being there. I guess I should talk about the work. Of course I had the regular stuff, cleanings etc, but I really needed whitening and my front teeth fixed. I never smiled. Dr. Joel talked through everything with me, made sure I understood all the procedures and now I can't believe the change! I really love my smile. I did whitening and then veneers. No more brown crooked teeth. Dr. Joel has a gentle touch. I didn't feel much of anything. He offered sedation but I declined because I really felt comfortable there. Now I'm not afraid of the dentist. However, I won't go to anyone else!
Pros: Friendly laid back office, Dr. Joel is cool!
