If you want poor customer service, unprofessional stylists, low quality service on cuts and colors, than this is the salon for you. The staff was constantly checking their cell phones, discussing personal matters that were inappropriate, and simply not professional. For the price they charge for the services, you'd expect great quality hair care in terms of attentiveness to patrons wants and needs, and how they handle patrons hair-not the case. I would not recommend this place for anyone.
Pros: able to get in right away
