Review content:
Beautiful facility. Ongoing building programs. Good curriculum. Nice programs. Administration and staff talk a good talk. All looks well on the outside. But dig deep and you will find problems. The headmaster/owner does not even have a degree in education and is the one with the decision making power. Handbook policies and procedures are not even followed by the administration and staff, although children and families are repremanded from straying from them mistakenly. Parents have no word in major decisions - in board member placement, policy, changes to forms/report cards/programs/activities offered. The school is only going into its 5th year, and in its second year, under the leadership of the current headmaster/owner, the previous headmaster, entire board (besides the husband), and all teachers left except one, and not for the reasons given by the school. The following year another teacher left mid-year and families decided not to return. Bad track record. Just do your homework on this one. Get testimony from previous people involved with the school.
Pros: Facility. Feild trips. Some teachers. Playground. Scenery. ""Sounds good""
Cons: Untruthful communication. Headmaster no education degree. Established board to protect owner not for parental, employer, or children's concerns. Descisions by few forced on many.
