There are TWO of these! Owned by the same family. The one I ate at is at 601 South Main Street in Grapevine, Texas. OK, so I landed at DFW airport in a tiny Texas town...or is it? Hungry and tired, I asked around for a nearby place I could get ""REAL"" food, not some tappas sized quick food, or chain food where the wrappers have more taste! Three of the five people standing around me in the baggage area exclaimed at the same time ""Weinberger's!"" Hey, they didn't even know one another! That was good enough for me...short taxi ride later, there I was, facing the largest corned beef reuben sandwich I'd seen since Chicago! Oh, and they had ALL my favorites...Chicago dogs, brats, pastrami, lox and bagels, chips, salads, primo pickle spears, you name it! I am in LOVE! Only one problem, they don't charge enough for the portion size! My expense account could have paid double for what I ate and it would have STILL been a bargain! The staff were great, really know their stuff! I met a room full of friendly Texans that day! Came in for a sandwich and left feeling like I'd found my new home town. I don't know about everything Grapevine, Texas has to offer; but, I am telling you that I could live there, because I now KNOW where I WILL EAT! Love it! Keep up the good work, Mr. Weinberger, you are my HERO (pardon the pun!). Pros: Flavor! Quality, Clean Kitchen, Price, Portion Size, Clientelle, Staff Cons: No location in Charlotte...YET!
