This is gotta be the worset place to service your car,you can never get a hold of your service rep,they will tell you that they will call you with a service report but good luck with that...I had to call them all the time,they had kept my car over there for over 3 days while they had to get parts from another state???when the car was finaly ready i arrive to find out that the made it worst by not reparind the actual problem I was promised that i will get a call from a service manager to work it out but no one ever called me,Just bad bad bad,I had the ""pleasure"" of dealing with a guy name ""Chip"" this guy looked me in eye and told me that they will take car of it and no one ever botherd calling me,I will file a complaint with the BBB but you should be very cerfull servicing your car.
