I came to quit smoking at the end of the year because I wanted to start the New Year fresh. I knew that smoking was getting in my way of so many things. At the 'easy to stop smoking center' I got all that I needed to make a fresh start. I could have never imagined that this process would be so easy. It's true that I was required to really want to make this change. Dale told me during my telephone consultation that this would only work if I were committed to make a change. But following that, it could not have been easier. I really enjoyed the hypnosis. I previously have not experienced such a relaxing state where my mind seemed to time travel. I had some really amazing insights and inspirations. This system is great. If you are a smoker this is the place for you.
