I have never encountered such RUDE treatment from a restaurant staff. A couple of weeks ago, the restaurant experienced a fire scare in the coat room. For safety reasons, all patrons were ushered outside to stand in the cold. In such a situation, it is imperative for all of the restaurant employees to be informative and as helpful as possible to all the patrons. YET, the opposite occurred. A bouncer had the audacity to put his hands on me when I walked in the wrong direction and not even apologize. Then, while standing in the cold, the rest of the staff made us feel unwelcomed and actually annoyed when we'd ask for information. After an hour in the freezing cold, waiting to get my coat, and once the fire situation was resolved, my friend and I were naturally very agitated and expressed our frustration with another bouncer. As a result, the bouncer complained to my friend about me, stating, 'Your friend is a f**king b**ch'!' I am outraged with their lack of professionalism and care towards their patrons. A huge thumbs down to Four!
