Review content:
So my car broke down in Brooklyn Park and since I used to live there, I thought I'd go to the CarX I used to go to, because it was most definitely an emergency. It was no longer CarX, it was Victory, and I was a little nervous. I was greeted very kindly when I went inside and only had to wait about ten minutes for my car to be looked at, then another ten or fifteen for them to let me know exactly what was going on. They explained everything clearly and kindly and when I mentioned that I needed to get my car to my regular mechanic, they didn't charge me a nickel for the inspection! I even tried to insist on paying them something, and they told me,""You're having a hard enough day as it is, don't worry about it."" As the subject says, genuinely nice, honest people. If you're looking for a place where you'll feel comfortable knowing little or nothing about cars, you can feel confident these guys won't take advantage of you. Thank you Victory!
