My brother and I visited Concentra Urgent Care on a weekend and was shocked about how crass the staff was. We waited for about 7 minutes in the waiting room listening to the staff in the back laugh and carry on. Finally a young girl wearing scrubs (with no I.D. badge) approached us. She looked like the receptionist or medical assistant. We told her that my brother wanted to see the doctor on staff and she started asking all these personal medical questions while we stood in the waiting room. I highly doubt she was even a nurse. She went to the back room and spoke with a doctor and he came out to speak with us. He did not even ask my brother more specific questions before turning us away. He just stated"" You are too ill to be here-go to the emergency room."" The staff was cold, unfriendly, and rude. As a nurse for over 10 years, I have to say that this place is not up to par.
