I have had 3 services done here and certainly will not go back.
First I had a manicure which was a complete waste of money. I'm not even sure the manicurist was licensed or even out of high school. She was not friendly or outgoing. It was very uncomfortable.
Then I had a facial which was worse than the manicure. It was very messy (products getting in my eyes and mouth) and at the end the facialist LEFT the room for about 20 minutes while I was under the steamer. I later saw her walking around with a hair stylist belt on so she probably booked an appointment in between.
Last I had highlights done which turned out very nice. This was the only part of the salon I might recommend. But I think the bad far outweigh the good here. Management did however make up for the poor service by offering discounted rates and free service. They were very apologetic.
