I've had short hair for decades and have had lots of great cuts and styles. Every time my husband and I would walk or drive past Emmett's Studio on Pennsylvania and now on 54th, I'd say, ""I wonder what Emmett would do with my hair?"" Knowing my pocketbook wasn't deep enough for an Emmett cut and, more likely, getting tired of hearing the repeated question, my smart husband gave me a gift certificate for a cut with Emmett for my birthday.
I used my certificate today and all I can say is WOW! I never knew my hair could look so good--and I thought I had seen just about everything that could be done with my hair. Emmett listened to what I liked and didn't like about my hair and made suggestions. I have a new look that I know I can care for and maintain with minimal effort, which is a BIG deal for me.
ALL the people at Emmett's were extremely friendly, professional, and unpretentious. Emmett and Naieem made me feel right at home. THANK YOU for a wonderful and FUN hair experience.
