Beau Gerard is the most arrogant, rudest business man I have ever come across!! I saw his add on the internet and thought to myself ""this is the guy I'm looking for"" because he prided himself in safety and I wanted to make sure that I bought the safest infant seat for my 11 month old daughter and that is was properly installed. My husband called him up, told him that we had a question about installing an infant seat on one bike and fixing a flat on another bike. He was nice on the phone and told us to bring the bikes right over. ""Great!"" I thought but boy was I wrong!
When my husband and 8 yr old daughter got there, before they even took the bikes out of the car, my husband started talking with Beau. He asked my husband what kind of bikes we had and my husband informed him that they were both Huffy's. He responded ""OH so they're Walmart bikes? Ugh I don't have time for those"" So my husband asks if he just sells tubes and he tells him yes. My husband, who has never replaced a bicycle tube says to him very nicely ""I've never done this before. Is it hard to do?"" Beau rudely responds ""I don't give lessons!"" So my husband and my daughter walk away and Beau starts laughing at them!! This makes my 8 year old daughter cry because she doesn't understand why he was so rude to her daddy and why he laughed at them. He is the biggest jerk and I can't believe he's still in business!!! If you want to work only on high end bikes, go ahead, but don't be such a prick to the blue collar families who find no fault in Walmart bikes
