Review content:
Rude, unprofessional staff, un-racked weights everywhere, overcrowded due to aggressive overselling of memberships, no gym etiquette, filth, stench, water leaks, you name it. Since working out there I've gotten ringworm and twice a stye on my eye(staph infection). I've showed up for multiple fitness classes where the instructor didn't show and no one came to let the class know there would be no class that day. Posts and signs are not put up to inform members of construction and plumbing projects going on preventing them from working out. The list goes on. However, if you think you're the next big thing in Hollywood, and you walk around most of the day acting like a hard-ass, it may be worth sucking it up and joining anyway so you can be with the rest of your kind. Or maybe you could fit it in as a trainer and have people who have never worked out balance on a ball on one leg while juggling 3 medicine-balls and swallowing fire. That way they can build their ""core stabilizing muscles"" instead of wasting their time learning do any of the basic multi-joint lifts that REALLY activate the core, stimulate the nervous system and build the most strength and aesthetic results in the least amount of time. Good Luck!
Pros: hmm....close to home?
Cons: too many, read review
