Review content:
Methinks you watch The Office too much and don't get the joke. I travel extensively also. 3 out of 4 weeks a month in hotels and restaurants is not an exaggeration. Sadly, it's true that Jim's Steakhouse is on par with most steakhouses in it's price range, but that is a poor commentary on the other steakhouses as well. The last time I was at Jim's was with a client that wanted to try it despite my warnings. I had a medium well ribeye that was black on the outside and actually dripping red (not pink) on the inside. She had the hamburger horseshoe. The hamburger was so uncooked on the inside, the waitress insisted on taking it back. She must have mentioned it to the owner because he stopped by our table and commented that my client should have been more specific on how she wanted it cooked! We were seated in the bar area because we thought the piano bar might be enjoyable. The piano player was so offkey and loud we could not hear each other talk! The only people that write good reviews of this dump are regulars trying to kiss up to the owner so they can feel like they fit in at the bar. Don't waste your time at this mess.
Pros: Rude management, annoying piano bar, and those are the pros
Cons: way, way overpriced, don't have a clue how to cook meat
