OK, I realize that not everyone knows the word Carnitas (as evidenced by the fact that they don't even call it that on the menu) ! They are referred to as 'pork chunks' on their menu I think. But, I believe, if they refer to pork at all the pork will be made in the Carnitas fashion. I had pretty much quit ordering pork at mexican restaurants for the last 5 years or so because it was always dry. Not here! Pork is GREAT at this La Tolteca. (I don't know about other locations, but at THIS LOCATION they are AWESOME.
Pros: Great Carnitas, good service, and on popular nights they have a live Mariachi band!
Cons: Can't really come up with any!!
