We were more than disappointed with the quality of his work when we got the proofs back. Besides taking the photo on my daughter with her head cut off coming down the steps, he provided no direction with any group shots. Not only were the photos amateurish at best, he was beyond rude in attacking my daughter on the phone and by email. accepting no responsibility for either his attitude or poor work.
