Review content:
I hired cleaners from Mrs Clean to help me out with a special event. I had houseguests arriving in town and wanted my little apartment to be sparkling. On the day of my cleaning, the employee called and announced that she would be at my door just as soon as she could find parking. Five minutes later, I get a call from the main office saying they would be unable to clean my house due to lack of parking. I offered to move my car so they could take my spot, but the employee did not think her car would fit there. I offered to pay for parking at a lot ONE BLOCK AWAY, and pointed out that equipment could be unloaded in front of the door at a designated loading zone. Still, I was refused.
