I would like to respond to FreddyFilosopher's experience with our office. Rigid contact lenses can sometimes be adequately re-conditioned in 10 minutes in-office. Other times the scratches are deep enough to require sending out to the laboratory to be polished. I'm sure this can be accomplished quicker than 3 weeks--I would be happy to expedite this process for you if you will contact me.
