She walked in the door, and we yelled, ""SURPRISE!"" Boy, was she surprised. The elegant ambiance, astonishingly delicious food, and fabulous wait staff surpassed my hopes for the birthday party I threw for my parents. The owner made this as stress free as possible and I got so many compliments on my choice of venue. Over half the guests asked me how I found such a nice place and told me that they planned to come back on their next date night. Considering many of them were of retirement age with exacting tastes, those statements were the highest praise I could have hoped for. I cannot stress enough how highly I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an elegant getaway in an unlikely spot.
