For the past few years I have been using Pinpoint Computer to service my computer needs both in my home and in my business. Having had experienced less than optimal service from other computer techs in the past, it was a relief to have meet Steve Levy who has serviced my computers without incident. He gets the job done in as short a period of time as possible, which reduces downtime and repair costs. If the job you have requested gets done to your expectations you are satisfied. However when Steve repairs a computer, he also consults with you regarding options you may consider for the benefit of your home or business. This level of concern and expertise can change a satisfied client into an enthusiastic client. I have become an enthusiastic client because of the great service I have received from Steve Levy and Pinpoint Computer.
