Review content:
Bought an Alpine car stereo component and installation from OC Harbor Sound. They were to install the component under the seat of my truck and run the wires to my dash. They 3M spray mounted the component to the floor board carpet and ran the wire. I didn't fully inspect the install before I left, so I was not able to confront anyone at OC Harbor Sound.
I did however look closer when I got home; when I needed to clean off the 3m spray mount and reinstalled the item myself. I called and wrote Harbor Sound; no response. I wrote Alpine; a confirmation letter followed, but nothing else, and I wrote the Better B Bureau; also a confirmation letter, and a"" thank you for the info"", but noting else was done. I would not recommend anyone using this company for their car stereo needs.
Cons: Horrible business practices.
