These people are very nice and the service is effcient.The prices were reasonable. I have been using their service for several months after moving to the area. I became concerned when some of laundried items were returned with notes that the stains could not be removed. I stopped taking the items that I could laundry and only took ""dry clean only"" clothing. I picked up my last order of nearly $40 and took some items with me when I went on a long distance trip. One night I took a sweater from my suitcase that still had the dry cleaners green tag attached. As I put on the sweater it smelled like body odor. I couldn't wear it. A second item also did not smell fresh. There I was with limited clothing and not at all happy and frankly was in a mess as to what to wear that evening. I planned on taking these items back and ask that they re-do them. However, I realized that they had lost my trust, I travel a great deal and don't want to feel the need to perform the ""sniff"" test before I pack. I am now asking for references from friends and not going back to this business, They may miss me, because I often spent $50 - $75 a month there.
