I used to live in a community managed by Lawrence Community Management (LCM). I found that they did a great job collecting our maintenance fee, sending out ""collection"" letters and having the board approve fee increases and additional assessment. The manager assined to our property was a liar and a cheat. Multiple requests were made to get a different manager but it never happened. mac lawrence wouldn't even return our phone calls and never responded to any letter. you do not want to use lawrence managemeent to manage your property.
