When my husband and I were lookimg for a used vehicle we went to Trout's. They seemed friendly and we had heard some good things. We went there the first time and Matt was not there, he is the guy who deals with the cars. We were told we would have to come back on Monday. So we went back on Monday and we desided on a car. Matt said that he had to fix something on it and get it inspected and we would have it be Thursday. Well Thursday came and went and it was not until Wendsday of the following week that we got the car. The ABS light was on and he said he had gotten the wrong sensor and that it would be a while before he could get the right one. This was in the middle of October. We took the car and within a week we needed to put power stearing fluild, gear fluid, transmision fluid, as well as oil into the car. We filled the fluids and all was fine except fr the fact that the emergancy brake does not work and if you are on even a slight incline you an not park the car. Well about a month later the car was low on fluids again, there must be a leak. I was told that we were past our 30 days and there was nothing they could do. Ok fine, whatever. We continue to make our payments. we fall behind in our payments do to lack of time to drive over there when they are open. I go in on fri 1/9 and make a payment. I paid all back as well as the current weeks as well as the late fee. My reciet said 0.00 balance next payment of 50.00 due on 1/16. Tell my why on Sunday 1/11 I go out to get into my car to go to work and the car is gone. I called the police and they said that it was repoed. So they came and took the car even though my paylike it was not in the computer because it wasments are current. Noone bothered to mention this to me when I was there 2 days earlier. It'sa computer generated reciet.
