Review content:
Although, the property seems to be capable of a relatively nice community....it has issues! Neighbors, especially those in the 80's-90's row/area, often blast loud music, have loud weekly/all weekend parties (92) in the street, and never teach their children to respect other people's property (92 & 85). On occasion, even the office building is used to host/hold excessively loud parties. Often, the scenery is beer bottles and trash from a remnant party (92) and children are seen and heard tampering with neighboring slots' property (85) by several surrounding residents. No one seems to have much respect for others, often taking a more selfish, self-centered ""deal with it"" or ""we run this"" attitude and the children are left to run wild outside unsupervised. Understanding this is more of a 'family community', there doesn't seem to be much in the way of respect for anything or anyone....and management seems to turn a blind eye and deaf ear to complaints against fellow Latin descendants. I wouldn't recommend this environment as a ""quiet, silent community for people""-at times, it more resembles a zoo! Pros: Relatively nice Cons: Disruptive neighbors
