Poor sales manship and customer service. I felt like I was buying a car from a corner car lot. The salesman told me the car had cruise control, it did not. he said he would take care of the miles that I was over on my lease two months later Igot a bill for nine hundred dollars. This bill was taken care of after sending letters to the president of West Herr. There was also alot of pressure to accept their attempts to sell add ons e.g. extended waranty, etc. i would not return.
