I know Patrick Dague. I've done business with him over the years & made $$. He's one of the kindest people you will ever meet and a good businessman. He is also a great coach and trainer when it comes to real estate. He was a successful flight instructor many years ago - (I've been up flying with him) - and success in that job means your students MUST learn! When he coaches real estate he brings the same attitude. :-)
So look, there is some baloney implied on the internet that Patrick was once involved in loan mods and got into legal tangles. What nonsense! He once HIRED a loan mod company which was in the same office building to help his daughter. He never worked for them or any other loan mod company & never sold loan mods himself. Someone just got that wrong.
Check him out if you want to make money in real estate!
