I have been coming to Deez for the past 2 yrs. I have never been one to work out.They make working out fun but you definately are working your total body. I noticed results so fast. Never did I see that at a gym or want to stay long enough anywhere else. I love the fact that it is like having a personal trainer with you the whole time. The class sizes are very small and intimate, so you don't feel akward or like you are in a meat market. I would recomend this facility to everyone. They also have kid programs, yoga, mat classes for all ages.Ladies take some (me time) and do something for yourself and not feel guilty.
