Review content:
I bought a motorcycle from Rapid Cycle. The owner, Jon, sold me a motorcycle and said it'd be available for pickup in a week. It took them two weeks to do it (and they never called me, I showed up and they were like, Wait, what? Ohhh yeah). I ordered extra parts for it that were supposed to be installed on it and none of them were there. It took between 3 and 6 months to get most of the parts, which randomly trickled in. They sent some of the parts back because THEY FORGOT WHAT THEY WERE FOR, which means I had to wait EVEN LONGER. The bike they sold me was a lemon, but after working on it four times they kept assuring me it was fine, even though they couldn't fix it. The mechanic they have is some Russian guy who doesn't speak English. I brought my bike in for servicing once and they told me I had to bring it back in a week because they didn't have the time to work on it. I come back a week later and they try to tell me the same thing BECAUSE they have three PAYING customers. They don't like to honor warranty work. So finally, after I got tough with Jon, he said they'd work on it. It took them SIX HOURS to fix what was wrong and fifteen minutes after riding home IT BROKE AGAIN. I had my friend simply point out the problem and fix it for me in five minutes. Also, Jon once sent an appointment for a tune up for me (as is covered in warranty) and DIDN'T SHOW UP, they didn't even open the store for another two or so hours and the kid who did didn't even know how to change oil in a car, he was 16. All in all, Jon is a complete idiot, he forgets everything he tells you, is slow, lazy and makes excuses. Him and his mechanic, and the zit faced teenagers he sometimes employs, are worthless. Lesson learned: Go to the big boys. Cons: Bad mechanic, dumb owner, horrible customer service
