I will be going to great lengths to not do business with this establishment. I recently rented a tuxedo from them for a wedding and since I had tux shoes and the jewelry (cufflinks) already I didn't need them. When I picked up the tux the shoes were there and so was the jewelry. I calmly explained the situation to the same woman AGAIN. She removed the charge for the shoes and assured me that there was no charge for the jewelry. I found my original reciept and it is worse than car rental extra charges. So I called back and had someone walk me through my bill line by line. Amazingly, there WAS a charge for the jewelry! The woman helping me blatently lied to me. When I spoke with the manager Dell he was very non chalant and tried to downplay the fact that one of his employees lied directly to a customer. The only assumption one can make is that Dell condons this behavior. I will NEVER use them again and I hope this makes anyone who had to deal with these scumbags a little more wary entering that store and the obvious solution is to go to a different location.
