I had the worst experience recycling here.!!! Let me start at the begining. It took 45 minutes to have $10.00's worth of cans, plastic, and wire weighed. Another 20 minutes in line to recieve a check. Both delays were attribuited to the supervisor being at a doctors appointment. I do not have a account with B of A so Sims Metal was charging a $ 5.00 fee. Sims said it is the banks choice to charge the $5.00. However the bank says it is Sims Metal that charges the $5.00 fee. So we contacted Sims and was put on terminal hold twice waiting for a supervisor. The response was that there was nothing they could do. I asked to have the $10.00 check wrote out to me. And they said there was nothing they could do. All this hassel for $10.00. WHO IS REALLY IN CHARGE !!!! Is thIs company that petty that they have to rob back the customers money??? TOTALLY UNETHICAL !!!
