Review content:
When you buy a package you are given so many treatments and ""touch-ups"". I schedule a touch up as usual and when I was all done I was told that I owed them $120! I told the owner that I should have more touch-ups allowed and she insisted I pay. I paid and then the next day made them look into it more. Turns out that they overcharged me by $75. No apology. In fact, the owner had one of the techs tell me that they would refund that part. She admitted that the person who sold me my packages is no longer there so, ""who knows what she told me"" when I bought the package. APPALLING SERVICE
Pros: Treatment was fine
Cons: They don't track your treatments and then overcharge
