Review content:
The service was terrible. I went to get a used tire, and paid $44.00, which does NOT include tire disposal. The first tire that was put on had a bubble in the sidewall meaning that it's not safe to drive on. I discovered this when i got home, and he agreed to put another tire on. The second tire was flat in 1 day, and later, I discovered that BOTH used tires were placed in my trunk. This means that I have to dispose of both used tires. Additionally, he was EXTREMELY CONDESCENDING. He tried to push a power steering flush on me that I refused. After the initial refusal, he continued to push it asking if I didn't see the value, but I continued to refuse the service. I asked for a quote for struts, and Whitney would not give me a straight answer. He also told me that I obviously didn't care for my car (because i refused the power steering flush) and refused any further help. If I could, I would give this rating 0 stars. I will never make another purchase here, or send any of my friends here.
