Katie Hearne is a great realtor. She is in the Austin Lamar Street office. After a huge fiasco with the Harrington's and Coldwell Banker - we were trying to buy a tenant occupied home and they kept telling us the tenants would move out end of May when they had a lease til November. Katie set up an easy to use web page she would email us dailey with a the listings that fir our needs. She was so on top of it with the contracts, title company and lender - David McMillian - United Lending. We found a better home for a better price. We would very highly reccomend Katie Hearne, Davild McMillian and Paula Moss who did our appraisal.
Pros: Very on top of everything, made it an easy process
