Vet is very nice and extremely knowlegable. The staff has always been kind and friendly and take a real interest in the health of my cats and my concern for their well-being. I have gone to vets who were insulted if any questions were asked, but Dr. Torchia is very happy to explain why she suggesting certain things and isn't put out if you say, ""I don't think I want to do this or that.""
