I booked this tour based on the great website information and because I was booking for myself and 3 other ladies (including 2 of my bosses) I was really wanting to make their experience a great one, and it far exceeded my expectations. The van was great, equipped with state of the art sound and video equipment so there was never a problem hearing or seeing and we had the radio contact with our driver at each stop so we were never concerned about safety. The very best part of the tour was our driver, Manuel, what a great guy, very well read and informed, you could tell he was as excited about San Francisco as we were. I highly recommend this tour and when I go back to San Francisco I will do all of their tours. Manuel picking us up at the Hotel was a great plus as well. We didn't want the day to end, a great start to a wonderful visit.

Cons: The day went too fast and we didn't have their other tours booked
