Review content:
I have lived at SV for about 3 months. The model was very nice with large windows and a fireplace and the grounds looked well manicured when I visited. The location seemed great and my pets would be welcome, so I decided to sign a 12 month lease. My mistake. Although the 3-4 nightly trains kept me awake the first couple of weeks, I can adjust to that. What I cannot adjust to is the utility cost - averaging $100 per month each for gas and electricity. There is also a $40 per month water bill and about $10 for garbage. I was quoted $125 total for all utilities. It is running double that. My thermostat is only on 65 and we literally sit around with blankets on because of the draftiness. Pros: Looks nice on the outside Cons: high utilities, poor customer service and maintenance
