This was hands down the most satisfying experience I've ever had buying glasses which is saying something since I've worn glasses from age nine.
The staff made the entire process of picking out and picking up my last pair of glasses completely painless. They spent over two hours showing me at least fifty frames that we narrowed down to one frame by Theo. Once we had the frame, they showed me the 10 colors it came in, five of which they had in stock and the other five colors they showed me online. They guided me to the best color based on my lifestyle and voila! - the best glasses ever.
The glasses were comparable in cost to what I've gotten in the past from Pearl, TSO, etc but the quality and customer service were a world apart. These aren't just the best looking glasses (I get complements wherever I go) but the best visibility I've ever had. I'm a 'high power' which means to I can only see things that are less than a foot away from my face without glasses/contacts. When the folks at Eye Elegance saw my script, they showed me the best shaped lenses and which frames wouldn't look like coke bottles. I see as clear out of them as my contacts - something I wouldn't have said before.
Parking in Highland Village can get a little crazy during the Holidays but it's not too bad on the weekdays and if you're picking up your frames, just call them and they'll run them out to your car in the parking lot, like I said, superb customer service.
I would recommend Eye Elegance to anyone and in fact, I know have my entire family going there and most of my friends. I'll be back soon for another pair!
