I can't speak to the cost or the competency, as the HOA contracted them, but the workers did some intermittent work over my unit, so that black dust and tar fell everywhere for 6 days. Every time they would tell me they were finished over my unit, the next day they would come back, so that I ended up vacuuming, mopping and changing sheets 3 complete times. The pounding over my unit started to seem like the water torture. After an hour or so they would start back up. I don't know what happened over the other units, or why they couldn't finish 1000 square feet worth of work in a day or two, but this is day 6 and they aren't finished yet. Customer service doesn't mean explaining why something couldn't be helped, it means preventing the customer from being so annoyed that they give you a really poor review. I tried talking to them over and over again but they just wouldn't make any effort to give me any accurate information. Imagine crime scene black dust that smears and tar that streaks if you just sweep it up, and that is what I have had to deal with for 6 days. If they would have said that they couldn't handle making a prediction and couldn't give me any accurate information right in the beginning I would have covered everything in plastic and just patiently waited it out. Just know that they don't understand customer service at all.
