Review content:
Long story short, the cashier was absolutely rude because I didn't have my ID with me. I wasn't buying anything - my boyfriend was - which is why I didn't have my purse with me. She loudly and rudely demanded that I leave the store immediately, and implied that, because I didn't have an ID on me, I MUST be underage (wtf?).
I've shopped there a few times in the past ( NEVER had a cashier there tell me to get out or demand to see an id when I wasn't buying anything) and won't do it again. Too many other liquor stores in the area to choose from.
Let me be clear in that I totally understand if they choose to enforce an ID policy - even on people who clearly aren't under 21 and aren't purchasing anything - but she could have been nicer and more tactful about it. She was psycho. Cashier on a power trip I guess.
When I spoke to the manager, I got the impression that this cashier had been complained about before. The manager was nice, but it's not enough to convince me to go back.
Pros: Not worth it
Cons: Customer service
