I wonder why this place is in business, still? I have tried to drop off a prepaid UPS package and was told she does not accept such. Then, another time, I tried to drop of a prepaid USPS, and again, she does not accept such and she could only mail them if the postage is paid inside her store. Are you kidding me?? I believe I tried a third time and ended up getting no service again. I will never go back. This lady is by far the worst customer service oriented person I have ever encountered. There is another store like that in Katy, near Capital One and Target, that is owned by a very sweet Indian lady...I much rather take my business to her. She is professional, willing to accommodate and courteous. To the lady at Pecan Grove store - do the business world a favor and sell it or move. You are quite a rude and disrespectful person.
