I can't believe that there hasn't been ANY reviews posted on Citysearch for this company! They are in business since 1988 and BBB accredited.
My experience with them has simply been a pleasure from the beginning!
Our A/C collapsed to the point that we needed a new one when there was triple digit weather this past week. I saw their van on my way home from work and decided to look up these guys in the web, finding out that it is a family owned business, accredited by BBB and in business since 1988, so I gave it a try and called beginning of this week. They sent out the service/sales person, his name is Marcos who was a pleasure to work with.
We decided to replace the attic and outside unit for a fair price (we even got a discount later in the process) - the warranty on it is really good!
They called on Wednesday that the install can be done on Friday and so it went...They came on time, dealt with our dogs and had the entire job done by 3 pm. Believe us... this was no easy task since the outlet to our attic was only 3x3 ft and parts and people don't fit through this easily (plus, you needed a ladder to get up there since there was no stairs). So, they cut in a bigger hole exactly matching an attic stairs kit you can buy from a home improvement store (which we will install tomorrow).
Every single one of the employees of this company has done outstanding work to accomplish our needs starting with Roxy, the production coordinator to Marcos the sales/service guy to the 3 awesome guys they had our here to put this new A/C in place and take down the old one (which was ancient).
Thank you guys so much for doing such an amazing job...our new A/C is working like a charm!
