The most rude and terrible service!!!!! This I believe has been ingrained from the Manager and is slowly trickling to the lower level employees. Upon dropping off my clothes the cashier explained that they would call to give me the total price of my items before proceeding with any work. This I found to be awfully strange; which dry cleaners don't know how much they charge to dry clean or iron garments??? Especially one that has been in business as long as this one has?? Mind you, my clothes weren't a wedding dress or a ball room gown. Just simple dresses (no rhinestones or extreme detailing), a work suit and a male pants. The cashier appeared to be totally clueless yet he promised the very next day I would be called because they weren't proceed without my approval. The day passed and I received no phone call, so my assumption was they never started working my clothes. When I called explaining this situation, the Manager was extremely hostile and supported the fact that they don't have to call. No apologies, no reasoning or trying to understand, just blatant rudeness on the part of the Manager. This is unacceptable for any service provider and as a customer I would not encourage or recommend their service to anyone.
